STEP 1 - Turn the win into a week of posts

You are turning one client win into a week of marketing content.

Context:

  • The situation: [what the client faced]

  • What I did: [the work]

  • The result: [the outcome, with a number if you have one]

Build:

  • One LinkedIn post telling the story

  • One short case study outline

  • Two follow-up post ideas that pull a wider lesson from it

  • One subject line for an email to similar prospects

Keep the tone plain and credible, no hype. Ask me for the details first if I have not given them.

STEP 2 - Build the case study

Take the case study outline from Step 1 and write it in full.

  • The situation, what we did, the result, in plain language

  • Under 300 words

  • A one-page web version with a headline and three subheads

No hype. Credible enough to send to a prospect.

STEP 3 - Stretch it across the month

Give me a simple 4-week plan that spaces the content out. 

- Which piece leads and why 

- What posts on which day 

- One email to similar prospects, built from the story 

- Two lines to lift into a proposal
