One core service, one line item
The 24/7 SOC and next-generation SIEM are one service and one price; you are not assembling modules. Vulnerability management is available as an optional add-on per client. Your named Fractional Security Director, client-ready reporting and onboarding support are included in every estate-level plan, and estate-level onboarding is free.
Billing you can audit
Integrations and cloud connectors are included, subject to fair usage. We monitor license usage weekly against your entitlements and reconcile quarterly, reviewed with you at your Quarterly Business Review. If your usage is drifting, you hear it from us before it appears on an invoice. Zero surprises is a process, not a slogan.
