How Do MSPs Package a SOC Service Into Tiers Clients Will Buy?

These are the reports enhanced.io partners give their clients, with the names and numbers removed. Download them, copy the structure and put your own brand on the client-facing version. There is no form. A first QBR built from these takes about two hours, and most of that is pulling your own data.

What goes in a security QBR

Five sections and nothing else. What changed in the client's risk this quarter. What we detected and what we did about it. What is still open and who owns it. What we recommend next quarter and what it costs. One number the board remembers.

The executive summary page

One page, three sentences at the top, no charts above the fold. Open with the position: are they safer than last quarter, yes or no. Then the single biggest thing that happened. Then the single biggest thing to decide. Everything else goes behind that page.

What to leave out

Alert counts with no outcome attached. Any chart needing a paragraph to explain it. Severity language the client does not use. Vendor names the client has no reason to care about.

Sample pack contents

  • Quarterly business review deck, 9 slides, anonymized.

  • Executive summary, one page, anonymized.

  • Incident summary, one page, anonymized.

  • Open risk register extract, anonymized.

Building the agenda is the harder half. The QBR agenda builder in enhanced.io Labs does it from your client context in a few minutes.
