Your webinar ended. Your follow-up didn’t start.

You ran the webinar. Good attendance. Solid content.

Then nothing. A week later you send a generic "thanks for attending" email that gets deleted. The attendees who were interested have already moved on. Your 48-hour window is closing.

The scenario:

You want to create a post-webinar follow-up sequence that converts attendees into meetings.

The prompt:

You’re building a 3-email follow-up sequence for webinar attendees.

Context: [paste webinar topic, key takeaways, and your offer]

Create three emails:

  • Email 1 (within 4 hours): Recording link + one key insight they can use today

  • Email 2 (next day): Deeper dive on the topic + relevant resource or tool

  • Email 3 (day 3): Direct ask for a 15-minute conversation + specific value prop

Each email under 100 words. Subject lines that get opened. No "thanks for attending" anywhere.

Also create a separate email for no-shows that makes them wish they’d been there.
