Saying no builds more trust than saying yes

The prompt:

Write a 120-word response that:

  • Thanks them for thinking of you (briefly)

  • Explains clearly what falls inside and outside current scope

  • Offers to quote the additional work separately

  • Suggests a scope review if these requests are becoming frequent
