Employee voice system
The scenario:
Your company LinkedIn page has 300 followers and gets 12 impressions a post. Meanwhile your lead engineer has 2,000 connections, half of them at businesses in your patch, and posts nothing.
The reach you want already exists inside your team. People follow people. Nobody follows a logo.
The prompts:
Your AI tool of choice.
STEP 1 - Map the reach
You are building an employee advocacy system for an MSP on LinkedIn.
Context:
Team members willing to post, with rough connection counts: [names and numbers]
Who our buyers are: [roles, verticals, regions]
What we want to be known for: [your positioning]
Work out the combined reachable audience, which team members’ networks overlap our buyer profile, and the two best-fit posting personas: for example, the practical engineer and the commercial owner. Match each willing person to a persona.
-
STEP 2 - Build the content packs
For each persona, produce a month of content: four post drafts each, under 150 words, first person, no corporate voice, drawn from real MSP working life: a fix that taught something, a client conversation that changed a view, a mistake and the lesson, a plain-English explanation of something technical. Write them so the person edits 10 percent and posts, rather than writing from blank.
-
STEP 3 - Make it sustainable
Design the operating rhythm: one 20-minute monthly session where the team picks and personalizes next month’s posts, a shared calendar so two people never post the same day, the comment rule (each person spends five minutes commenting on the others’ posts to lift reach), and the one metric per quarter: inbound conversations started, not likes.
